On Saturday the 26th of September, ASVA Academy will organize the annual edition of the Amsterdam Board Day (ABD)! The ABD will be organised for all students who are active in the board of a study or student association in Amsterdam. The ABD is an excellent opportunity to follow interesting training sessions and get to know your fellow boards!
Several training sessions will be offered during the day in which you can acquire and develop skills that will be useful for the rest of your board year, such as how to have an efficient meeting, how to manage committees, how to organise events, and acquisition. Several of these training sessions will be offered in English. More information about the day and the training sessions offered will be published soon.
The board day will take place at UvA Science Park. Afterwards, we’ll have drinks and dinner. The costs for the whole day (including lunch & dinner) are €20 for ASVA members, €25 for non-members.
Naturally, we will be following the guidelines of the RIVM regarding the Coronavirus. As of yet we do not know what the measures for September will be, but we will take care that the health and safety of the participants and trainers will be safeguarded.
