The Amsterdam Board Day is an annual event, organised by ASVA, to support (prospective) student boards. If you are a board member of a study, student or residents’ association, or are starting a year in the participation council or OC of your educational institution, this day is for you! Get to know other board members while you also attend substantive training sessions.
Oktober ABD
Since most boards change every academic year, a board day is organized in September, featuring three training sessions, coffee, lunch, and dinner with drinks. When you register, you indicate your preference for the training sessions. Due to scheduling constraints, you may not be able to attend your top three choices, so please indicate your top five training sessions that you would like to attend, so that you can attend as many training sessions as possible that are relevant to you.

Cost: €30 for members*, €40 for non-members (for three training sessions, coffee, tea, lunch, and dinner)
* Members are defined as individuals and/or associations that are members of ASVA.
Program
Three training sessions will be given at the ABD. The first two training sessions allow boardmembers to focus on topics they want to develop. The third training session is aimed at the entire board. The registration form therefore asks which training session you want to follow as a boardmember.
It may be that your schedule prevents you from attending your top two choices, so please indicate your top five training sessions that you would like to attend, so that you can attend as many training sessions as possible that are relevant to you.
